Panth Ratan Shiromani Sardar Joga Singhji started Guru Nanak Public school in 1975 and Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College in 1980. He realized that there was a missing link between the two institutions and to bridge the gap between them he started Guru Nanak Independent Pre – University College in 1988 with Science and Commerce stream. During that period there were very few colleges in Bidar hence the students had to leave Bidar after school for quality education. The establishment of GNIPUC came as a blessing to the students to continue their studies in Bidar only, from K.G in school to P.G in GNDEC under one umbrella.

Our students have won a number of prizes at district level, divisional level and have qualified for state level also. In sports they have reached upto zonal level and won prizes.
